Ziel dieser Studie ist es, den psychosozialen Status und die Bedürfnisse der Pflegepersonen von Huntington-Patienten besser zu dokumentieren und die Funktionsweise der Dyade in den verschiedenen Stadien der Krankheit zu verstehen.

EINSCHLUSSKRITERIEN

Für Patienten:

  • CAG > 36, motorischer UHDRS > 5
  • Fähigkeit, mit dem Prüfarzt zu kommunizieren

Für beide Ehegatten:

  • Zusammenleben seit mindestens 5 Jahren
    30 bis 60 Jahre alt

AUSSCHLUSSKRITERIEN

Für Patienten :

  • Andere chronische neurologische Störung

Für beide Ehegatten :

  • Psychiatrische Erkrankung
    Nicht teilnahmeberechtigt, einschließlich Lesen, Verstehen und
  • Unterschreiben der Einverständniserklärung
